Make CAKE Pukis

CAKE pukis very interesting because it can be made by using different variations that have a characteristic of each. To be more varied, pukis cake can be made with additional mesis or pandan leaves so that the aroma becomes more fragrant.

200 grams of wheat flour
200 ml coconut milk
125 grams granulated sugar
40 grams of margarine, melt
10 grams yeast
4 chicken eggs
0.15 tsp vanilla powder
0, 5 tsp fine salt

How to make Cake Pukis:
1. Beat eggs with salt until stiff expand. Add flour, instant yeast, margarine, and vanilla, mix well.
2. Enter the coconut milk gradually, stirring until a smooth dough is formed. Allow the dough for 60 minutes or until dough is puffed and bubbly.
3. Heat the mold, grilled over medium heat until cooked and brown-yellow. Lift, chill.
4. Set in a serving dish and serve.
