Putu Mayang Cake

Material Putu Mayang Cake:
560 ml coconut milk
300 grams of rice flour
75 grams of starch

How to make Putu Mayang Cake:
1. Dissolve rice flour with coconut milk, add sugar and salt, and mix well, simmer over low heat, stirring constantly until the clot, then lift. While hot add the starch, knead to mix, set aside.
2. For the dough into three parts. Add green coloring / pandan paste and red coloring / pasta strawberries on each section. Let the white on the other parts. Mix well.

5. Make a syrup of palm sugar sauce by dissolving rice flour, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and salt. Add cinnamon and pandan leaves. Boil, stirring constantly until boiling. Lift, strain, chill.
6. Set the cake in the Putu Mayang platter and serve with syrup of palm sugar sauce as a complement.
