To Make Onde-Onde (Dumplings)
Leather Onde-Onde (Dumplings):
500 grams of glutinous rice flour
460 ml of water
160 grams of sesame
60 grams sugar
1 tablespoon cornstarch

Red peanut sauce ingredients:
400 grams of red beans
150 grams granulated sugar
60 ml of water
2 tablespoons rice flour
0.15 teaspoon vanilla
0.15 tsp salt
How to make Onde-Onde (Dumplings):
1. Making skin: dissolve cornstarch with water, sugar, and salt and stir well. Boil until boiling. While hot, add a little water into the sticky rice flour. Knead until dull. Weigh each weighing 20 grams.
